Fees

My current fee is £35 per sixty minute hour (some counsellors offer 50 minutes), payable at each session. Although I would expect your commitment to attending regularly and promptly, there is no obligation to pay for a set number of sessions.

Payment is made at each individual appointment, and I do not charge if you give 24 hours prior notice of cancellation. I will ensure that you are informed in time, if for some reason, I cannot keep our appointment.

Frequently asked questions

Is the service confidential ?

Yes, the content of the sessions is wholly confidential in accordance with BACP ethical guidelines. Only in extreme cases, such as if human life or a child's safety were at risk, would any contact be made with third parties.

How many sessions will I need ?

This varies from person-to-person and can depend on the sort of issue you are bringing. We can talk about this when we meet. However, you may like to know that I have a duty to ensure that you attend for only the minimum number of sessions you need to meet your needs and goals.
